Gunsmith Restoration

This ole piece was completely restored, when it came to me it would not even cock. If you have a family heirloom and want it  to work again it can be done. I don’t do hot bluing, but will rust blue which is the way it was done for years. Rust blue gives a satin finish, not too shiny not too dull perfect for restoring a badly pitted surface as the egg shell look helps hide the imperfections.

As a I focus on “General Repair” its not very sexy, but it is needed. I can hand make , I’m no artist but it will work when you get it back. If you need your old Mauser sporterised  re barreled or re-chambered, I can get that  done as well.
