How To Replace a Classic Mustang Window Regulator

– Preston Village The owner stepped through the ceiling from the attic and left a moderately large hole in the foyer.  Because the ceiling was so well lit, a low-profile “california patch” was used to blend the repair.
 – Deerfield Removal of linoleum from concrete slab followed by replacement with an affordable ceramic tile. The tile was laid diagonally with a border to add a bit of style
– Weatherly A simple hoist that keeps your bikes off the floor in your garage.  The parts are all available in the local hardware store.  There are some pre-made hoist kits that are cheaper than this, but they aren’t nearly as strong.  The system can also be used to hoist other heavy objects.  I use it to lift my mower into my truck bed, for instance.
 – Hickory Woods A clogged drain is allowing water to enter the house along a partially submerged wall.  The drain is excavated, the submerged wall is sealed and a new PVC drain is installed (with clean-outs).
– Deerfield Old carpet is removed from a condominium that was previously rented to college students.  As part of a progressive conversion to a comfy football retreat, the condo flooring receives an upgrade to a durable laminate.
– Old West Durham The floor of the master shower shows its age and is wearing down to the mortar bed below.  A poorly installed shower “seat” was removed after discovering it was loose and water damaged.
