Remove the speaker cover 2 screws near the speaker, then 4 screws that hold the speaker in place. Unplug the connection. At the bottom of the panel toward the front door you will looser the plastic strip and then pull up on the metal tap that holds the door panel in place.  Unplug the wiring harness. There are two 10mm nuts that you will loosen. This is what holds the reg in place. There is also one 10mm at the bottom near the wiring harness, this you can remove. IF the glass can be pulled to the top, lift it up and remove the two 10 mm bolts that attach to the round plastic retainers on the glass. There is also a 3rd nut below that you will need to loosen (not remove) to remove the glass. If you can not raise the glass you may need to slide the entire reg out with the glass. You will need to have the glass half up to get the entire assembly out. Once out,you can use a wrench to remove the bolts. Here is a view of the access holes. The one in the middle is where you can tighten down the nut that secures the glass. The two 10mm nuts you see on the sides allow for the glass to be stopped higher or lower. The three bolts can be adjusted with a small torx driver. Spray a silicone lube on the other side to make it easier to adjust them. Try to have the distance about the same on the replacement regulator before installing. If you find the glass seems too far forward or back (once installed) you can adjust it with these bolts. When adjusting the glass put up the front window and you want less than 1/2″ of space in the gap between the two windows. When you put the top up it will push the glass in a little more.
